Ascorbic acid, the primary form of Vitamin C, is naturally found in fruits and other foods. However, Vitamin C levels degrade quickly after produce is harvested and during cooking. Many people also consume less fruit rich in Vitamin C due to concerns about its sugar content.

We use Quali®-C, a branded Vitamin C ingredient with a low carbon footprint. It is the only Western source of Vitamin C and is made from GMO-free wheat grown in Germany. This results in a more sustainable, gluten-free final product.
