Quality and Testing

We know how important it is to trust the safety, effectiveness, and overall quality of your vitamins. That’s why we carefully vet every ingredient, nutrient form, dosage, and supplier before anything goes into a capsule.

Each batch is tested in both our in-house and accredited third-party labs to ensure it meets the highest standards for purity and accuracy. These tests cover solvent traces, and heavy metals. (See full list below)

All testing follows internationally recognised ISO-accredited methods and AOAC-certified protocols, including ISO/IEC 17025, the global benchmark for laboratory quality and competence.

To ensure safety at every step, we test at multiple critical points: during raw material intake, post-production, and again after co-packing, if applicable. This multi-stage process helps catch potential contaminants early and confirms that the finished product remains clean, consistent, and safe through to final packaging.

These tests are conducted using AOAC Official Methods and international food safety protocols to confirm the absence of harmful bacteria and maintain product stability.

These are naturally occurring in the environment, but we ensure any detectable amounts are well below international safety limits.

For example, with our Omega-3, we start by reviewing the raw ingredient quality: looking at source, purity, concentration, and oxidative stability.

Every batch is then lab-tested, confirming it meets our standards for quality and safety.

We also audit key parts of the manufacturing process to ensure consistency and full traceability from raw material to finished product.

At Needful, we believe you should know exactly what you're putting in your body.

Most of the tests we conduct, including for heavy metals, solvent residues, and microbial contaminants, are not required here in Southeast Asia, but we do them anyway. We go beyond industry norms to make sure our products are safe, consistent, and made with integrity.

And we're not stopping there. We’re always reviewing and raising our standards as new research, technologies, and regulations emerge. It's an ongoing process — and one we're committed to, batch after batch.
